Terms of service

The agreement

This is an agreement between you (or the company you represent) and [ENTITY — pending] ("iGamingDetect", "we", "us"). If you use the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it. The privacy policy forms part of these terms.

What iGamingDetect is

iGamingDetect is competitive-intelligence software for marketing teams in the iGaming industry. The extension analyses a web page you choose to scan, identifies operator brands referenced on it, and estimates how visible each placement is using a Click Visibility Score. The website provides account management, billing and, for paid plans, scan history and exports.

Not a gambling service

iGamingDetect does not offer, facilitate, promote or link to gambling, betting, lotteries or games of chance. It does not accept wagers, hold player funds, or process gambling transactions. It is an analytics tool only. You must not use the service in any way that would make us party to a gambling activity, and you are solely responsible for complying with the gambling, advertising and marketing laws that apply to your own business and jurisdiction.

No brand affiliation

Operator and brand names that appear in the product are used only to identify the brands referenced on the pages you scan. iGamingDetect is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any casino, sportsbook, operator, affiliate network or publisher. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Scores are estimates

The Click Visibility Score and every other output of the service are automated estimates derived from page layout signals at the moment of a scan. They are not measurements of clicks, traffic, conversions or revenue, and they may be incomplete or wrong — brands can be missed, misidentified or mis-ranked, and pages can change between scans. You should verify anything you rely on for a commercial decision. We make no promise about the accuracy, completeness or fitness of any score or detection.

Accounts

• The free plan does not require an account. Paid plans do.
• Sign-in is by one-time code sent to your email. Keep your email account secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must provide a working email address and keep it current.
• One person per account. Team seats, where offered, must not be shared beyond the named users.
• You must be at least 18 and using the service for business purposes.

Plans, billing and cancellation

Free plan

The free plan includes a limited number of scans per day (currently 5), which we may change with notice on the website. It is provided for evaluation and light use, without any service commitment.

Pro subscription

• Price. Pro is billed monthly or annually at the price shown on the pricing page at the time you subscribe. Prices exclude VAT and other taxes, which are added where applicable based on your billing address.
• Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) until cancelled. By subscribing you authorise recurring charges to your payment method.
• Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe's own terms. We do not store card details.
• Cancellation. You can cancel anytime from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you keep Pro features until then. We do not offer refunds for partial periods except where required by law.
• Price changes. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. Changes apply from your next renewal after the notice period; you can cancel before then.
• Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails we will retry and notify you. If it keeps failing, your account returns to the free plan.
• Features marked "coming soon" are not part of the current subscription and are not promised for any date.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service to interfere with, overload, or gain unauthorised access to any website, network or our API;
• circumvent scan quotas, rate limits, plan restrictions or the licence terms of the extension;
• reverse-engineer, extract or redistribute our brand database, hashed indexes, scoring configuration or API responses, other than exports the product explicitly provides for your own use;
• resell, sublicense or offer the service as part of a competing product;
• scan pages you are not permitted to access, or use the outputs in breach of a third party's rights or applicable law;
• submit false, defamatory or infringing content through any reporting feature.

Intellectual property

The extension, website, API, brand database, scoring model and all related materials are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use them as part of the service under these terms. Data you export from your own scans is yours to use for your internal business purposes.

Third-party sites and links

The service analyses third-party websites that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability or policies. The extension does not follow affiliate links from your browser; where our server resolves a link to learn its destination, it does so as described on the bot page.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that detections and scores will be accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities, arising out of or related to the service. Our total liability for any claim under these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or USD 100 if you paid nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service, in which case we will refund any prepaid fees for the unused period unless the termination is for your breach. Sections that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, governing law) survive termination.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date and, for material changes, notify account holders by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION — pending, follows ENTITY], and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
